We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Consulting Associate to lead and support impactful projects that drive operational and financial improvements for mission-driven healthcare organizations. In this role, you will manage project workstreams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and develop innovative, sustainable solutions to complex business challenges.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to develop hands-on consulting and change management experience while making a meaningful impact in healthcare organizations.
This position requires frequent travel throughout the United States.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Lead and Execute Projects: Oversee project workstreams, applying consulting methodologies to identify root causes, develop strategic recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with client leadership, including managers and directors, to align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure lasting impact.
- Flexible Problem-Solving: Adapt to various roles, from performing in-depth data analysis to presenting high-level insights to executive teams.
- Critical Thinking & Action Planning: Analyze findings to develop actionable, results-driven strategies that address key challenges in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Revenue cycle experience in healthcare, with knowledge of financial operations and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with shifting priorities.
Length: 6 months contract opportunity
Pay: $43.75 - 52.50 Depending on experience

Sick Time: You will receive one day of Sick Time after working 600 hours and an additional day of Sick Time for every 300 hours after. **Please note that if you're in a city/state with unique PTO requirements, the city/state's policy will override Medix's internal PTO policy.
